Time4YourTalent (T4YT) is a system developed in order to motivate long-term unemployed and employed people heading towards burn-out to work with motivation and inspiration again. This motivation comes from an informal and guided talent-track. The participants of the Time4YourTalent project discover their talents in two different phases: Test&Tackle and Try&Taste. These are methods that are used in tandem to reveal the unknown strengths of the target audience. Within these two phases participants learn to identify, recognize and develop their talents.

Both Test&Tackle and Try&Taste are innovative methods for the development and validation of talent. These tools go against the mainstream diploma thinking of employers, and focus on talents and motivation. Nowadays, it is important for all employees and unemployed people to keep on learning in different ways!

Innovative model for vocational development of participants of Occupational Therapy Workshops
Association For Social Cooperatives

The project is responding to the widely discussed issue of the role and the future of occupational therapy workshops as an element of the social rehabilitation and vocational development system of people with disabilities. Evaluation of the system has shown shortcomings which cause inefficiency of vocational activation instruments used by occupational therapy workshops. Thus, the elaboration of innovations will give the possibility to use the potential of occupational therapy workshops as entities efficiently working in the field of social integration of people with disabilities. On the other hand, this project has the objective of complementing and modifying the system of social and vocational rehabilitation of people with disabilities.
